Baked Chicken Reuben

Ingredients

  • 1 bag sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices natural Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in buttered baking pan. Put sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese slices. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours.
  3. When done, sprinkle top with parsley.
