Chile Rice


This is a great use of leftover rice. It makes a very savory and creamy dish.


  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups grated jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into casserole dish, and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees F.
