- 1 (8 ounce) package dried apricots, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- Confectioners' sugar for rolling
- Combine apricots, coconut, sweetened condensed milk and walnuts or pecans.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar.
- Let stand until firm.
