Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves, orange marmalade, apricot preserves or strawberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
  2. Serve hot over pancakes.
