Lazy Beef Casserole
This makes delicious gravy!
- 3 pounds lean stew meat
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup sherry, red wine or water
- Mix mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and wine thoroughly in mixing bowl.
Add stew meat.
- Pour into a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Cover, and bake at 325 degrees F for 3 hours. Do not use any other
- Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
Yield: 4-6 servings
