Lemon Broiled Halibut
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup unsalted (sweet) butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 3 pounds halibut
- Combine lemon juice, butter and sage. Pour over fish. Marinate in
refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Broil fish until it
flakes easily when tested with fork. Brush occasionally with marinade.
Yield: 6 servings
