Lemon Dill Salmon
- 4 ( 4 to 6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dillweed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Place salmon fillets on a greased broiler rack.
- Combine remaining ingredients and baste fillets.
- Broil 4-inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, basting
frequently. Do not turn. Salmon is cooked when it flakes with a fork.
- Garnish with a dillweed leaf.
