Lemon Dill Salmon



  • 4 ( 4 to 6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dillweed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  1. Place salmon fillets on a greased broiler rack.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and baste fillets.
  3. Broil 4-inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, basting frequently. Do not turn. Salmon is cooked when it flakes with a fork.
  4. Garnish with a dillweed leaf.
