Lemon Dill Salmon
4 ( 4 to 6 ounce) salmon fillets
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Place salmon fillets on a greased broiler rack.
Combine remaining ingredients and baste fillets.
Broil 4-inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, basting frequently. Do not turn. Salmon is cooked when it flakes with a fork.
Garnish with a dillweed leaf.
