Melt in Your Mouth Chicken (low carb)



  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Chicken breasts


  1. Mix together cheese, yogurt and seasonings.
  2. Spread mixture over chicken breasts.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
