Quick Beef or Venison Tips with Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean beef or venison, cubed
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1 cup ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Layer beef or venison, soup mix and mushroom soup in crock pot.
  2. Top with rice.
  3. Pour ginger ale over rice.
  4. Cook on HIGH for about 4 hours or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
