Best Macaroni and Cheese
This is the tastiest, easiest and fastest macaroni and cheese you will ever
eat. DO not skimp on the Colby cheese. Use as much as you can afford.
- Macaroni (as much as needed)
- Colby cheese (lots)
- While the macaroni is cooking in salted water, dice the Colby cheese up
- As soon as the macaroni is cooked; drain it well. Keep it, covered, in
the same pot in which it was cooked.
- Add the diced Colby cheese and stir it in. Cover immediately and let it
sit for about five minutes so that the cheese melts.
