- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

- 4 large carrots, sliced

- Mix ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 large patties. place
each patty on a large square of heavy-duty foil. Cover each patty
with prepared vegetables, then sprinkle each meal liberally with
