Chef's Salt

I make my own chef's salt, and I use it for almost every savory recipe I make. I use Himalayan pink salt instead of the kosher or sea salt.


  • 1 pound kosher or sea salt
  • 1/8 cup garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1/2 cup Hungarian paprika


  1. Mix well.
  2. Use as needed for your favorite recipes.
