I make my own chef's salt, and I use it for almost every savory recipe I
make. I use Himalayan pink salt instead of the kosher or sea salt.
- 1 pound kosher or sea salt
- 1/8 cup garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup Hungarian paprika
- Mix well.
- Use as needed for your favorite recipes.
