Deli Crab Salad

Deli Crab Salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces crab meat (real or fake)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning*
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Separate crab into individual pieces if compressed in package.
  2. Chop crab into 1/2 inch pieces, and place in a medium bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and gently stir until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to store.

Notes

* If you don't have Old Bay, use celery salt and paprika.
