Deli Crab Salad
Ingredients
- 14 ounces crab meat (real or fake)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning*
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Separate crab into individual pieces if compressed in package.
- Chop crab into 1/2 inch pieces, and place in a medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and gently stir until well combined.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to store.
Notes
* If you don't have Old Bay, use celery salt and paprika.
