L.A. Cornbread

This sweet, cake-like corn bread is served at family restaurants in Los Angeles.

Instructions

  1. Mix cake and corn bread batters separately according to package directions.
  2. Blend together and turn into 2 greased 9-inch square baking pans.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until corn bread springs back when lightly touched.
