Overnight Oatmeal
This is far better than any boxed cereal you will ever eat, and it's much healthier.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup regular or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Fruit add-ins such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, Craisins, raisins, sliced banana or diced peach
- Nut add-ins such as chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, coconut or chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix rolled oats, yogurt and almond milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir in honey, cinnamon and any add-ins desired.
Notes
I love the organic rolled oats from Bob's Red Mill in Oregon.
Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup.
