Baked Salmon Squares with
Parsley Cream Sauce




Parsley Cream Sauce


  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, milk and well beaten eggs.
  2. Flake and clean salmon. Place in 8-inch square, greased pan.
  3. Pour egg mixture over salmon and blend well.
  4. Add crumbs (broken up bread pieces), onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve with Parsley Cream Sauce.
  7. Parsley Cream Sauce: Melt butter and add flour. Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook until thick and creamy.
