Wash shrimp thoroughly and place in a large shallow pan. Add celery and
garlic. Squeeze juice from lemons over top. Dot shrimp with butter and sprinkle
with remaining ingredients except lemon wedges.
Place shrimp under broiler until butter melts and shrimp starts to turn
pink (about 5 minutes), stirring several times. When all shrimp are slightly
pink, reduce temperature to 350 degrees F and bake 20 more minutes or until
done, stirring often. Do not overcook or shrimp will become mushy. Test for
