- 2-5 pounds medium to large raw shrimp in shell
- 1 pound butter
- 4 lemons
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle of Italian dressing
- 2 ounces Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 can beer (optional)
- Put shrimp and butter in roasting pan.
- Juice lemons. Mix juice with Italian
dressing and Cajun seasoning. Pour over shrimp. Add beer to mixture, if desired.
- Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Let cool.
- Serve in juice. Peel and eat.
May also be cooked on grill in aluminum pan.
