Beer Batter for Seafood 2

Ingredients

  • 1 can flat beer
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Let opened can of beer sit at room temperature until it becomes flat.
  2. Dip prepared seafood into mixture of beer, flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
