Broiled Sea Scallops
- 1/2 cup dry vermouth
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 pound scallops
- Buttered bread crumbs
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add scallops.
- Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Spoon scallops and marinade into ramekins
(individual dishes used for both baking and serving).
- Place under broiler and broil for 3 minutes.
- Turn and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil for 3 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
