- 2 dozen littleneck clams
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup bottled marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- Scrub clams well under cold running water. Place in microwave-safe dish
- Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes until shells open.
- Discard any unopened clams.
- Meanwhile, combine marinara, parsley and scallions. Spoon over clams.
- Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 2 minutes.
