Coated Crab Cakes Espresso
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Bacon fat (for frying)
- 1 envelope barbecue mix for chicken
- 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
Instructions
- Mix crab meat, salt and pepper together and pat mixture into cakes.
- Mix flour, barbecue mix and seafood seasoning together.
- Coat crab cakes with flour mixture, and fry in bacon fat until brown.
