Crabmeat Quiche
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 ounces crabmeat
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except pastry shell well, then pour into the pastry shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
