Flounder with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flounder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and cheese.
  2. Fold fillets in half crosswise. Spread with mayonnaise-cheese mixture.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
