Garlic Butter-Sauced Parmesan Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 small packet Garlic Herb dressing mix
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Buttered noodles or rice
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Arrange the shrimp in a roasting pan.
- Melt butter in a large glass measuring cup. Add the garlic herb dressing mix and lemon juice to the butter. Stir well.
- Brush the butter mixture over the shrimp, coating each shrimp well.
- Sprinkle with the black pepper, and then the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink and begins to curl.
- Remove the pan from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes, allowing the heat to continue to cook the shrimp through.
- Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
