- 2 dozen fresh oysters
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can French-fried onions
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Drain oysters.
- Spread 3/4 cup onions in a greased baking dish. Cover with oysters.
- Combine remaining onions and cheese. Pour cream over the top.
- Sprinkle onions and cheese over the top. Dot with butter.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
