Salmon Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned salmon
- 1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Drain and flake salmon.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Form into cakes.
- Sauté in butter.
