Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Form into cakes.
  4. Sauté in butter.
