Salmon Francesco



  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 ounce sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 ounce artichoke hearts
  • 1 ounce mushrooms
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 ounces wine
  • 1 ounce butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour


  1. Heat oil in plan.
  2. Coat salmon with flour and place in hot oil. Sauté on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
  4. De-glaze with white wine, lemon, salt and pepper; finish with butter.
