Salmon Francesco
Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 ounce sun dried tomatoes
- 1 ounce artichoke hearts
- 1 ounce mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- 2 ounces wine
- 1 ounce butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
Instructions
- Heat oil in plan.
- Coat salmon with flour and place in hot oil. Sauté on both sides until golden brown.
- Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
- De-glaze with white wine, lemon, salt and pepper; finish with butter.
