Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 can red salmon, well drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 2/3 can cream of mushroom soup
- 15 or more crushed Ritz Crackers
Instructions
- Mix well; bake in greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
