Shrimp Curry



  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion


  1. Blend curry powder into mayonnaise.
  2. Gradually blend in evaporated milk.
  3. Add shrimp, green bell pepper, pimento and chopped onion. Heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot over cooked rice.
