Stuffed Shrimp


  • 1 pound medium to large shrimp
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • Bisquick


  1. Shell shrimps down to tail, rinse and season with Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Make up crab meat as for crab cakes. Make a crab ball, then wrap around shrimp.
  3. Bisquick: Add one egg, water, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper. Make a thin batter.
  4. Dip shrimp, one at a time with two spoons and fry in deep fat and brown. Make sure fat is hot.
