Caramel Apple Fondue


  • Sliced apples
  • Chopped peanuts
  • 2 pounds caramels
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Unwrap caramels and melt in microwave. When melted, add sliced cream cheese. Cook for 1 minute in microwave.
  2. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.
  3. Pour caramel into fondue pot. Dip sliced apples into caramel, then into chopped peanuts.
