Mocha Tia Maria Fondue

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces plain chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Tia Maria
  • Selection of fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Break up chocolate into a fondue pot. Add the coffee and cream and heat gently, stirring all the time, until the chocolate melts. Stir in the Tia Maria, and beat until smooth.
  2. Serve with fruit.
