Mocha Tia Maria Fondue

Ingredients
- 8 ounces plain chocolate
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Tia Maria
- Selection of fresh fruit
Instructions
- Break up chocolate into a fondue pot. Add the coffee and cream and heat gently, stirring all the time, until the chocolate melts. Stir in the Tia Maria, and beat until smooth.
- Serve with fruit.
