Toffee Fondue
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water, and add all the other ingredients except the vanilla extract. Stir until thick, then add the vanilla extract.
- Place in a fondue pot to keep warm, and serve with pieces of apples and pears to dip.
