Cafe au Lait Coffee Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered non fat milk or powdered whole fat milk
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup instant coffee*
  • Dash of salt

* You can also use decaffeinated instant coffee.

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor; blend until powder consistency.
  2. Put mixture into an attractive glass jar with a lid.
  3. To give as a gift, include a gift card with the following instructions:

Cafe Au Lait Coffee

Mix 1/3 cup mix with 2/3 cup boiling water for individual servings.
