Chocolate Pecan Shortbread
Cream 2 sticks of softened butter until light and fluffy. Blend in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add contents of jar and mix well; dough will be stiff. Press dough into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Cut into bars. Store in tightly covered container.
