Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a pint-size jar.

  2. Attach the following recipe to a gift tag.

Cottage Cheese Cookies

Cream 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup cottage cheese until thoroughly blended. Gradually add contents of jar and mix well. Form into a loaf. Chill overnight.

Slice thin. Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 10 minutes, or until delicate brown.
