Yogurt Spice Cookies
Cream together 5 tablespoons softened butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/3 cup nonfat yogurt and 2 large egg whites. Gradually add contents of jar. Blend well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Have cookie sheets ready.
Put some granulated sugar into a small bowl. Roll tablespoonsful of dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Store airtight for up to 3 weeks.
Makes about 48 cookies.
