2 tablespoons horseradish, freshly grated if available
1 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Pork Chops: Stir together all ingredients except pork.
Grill the chops over medium heat basting with the peach sauce. Turn the chops
half way through the cooking process. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes.
Sauce: Stir together and drizzle over the cooked pork.
