Independence Day Fizz



  • Strawberry syrup
  • 1 bottle seltzer water
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed


  1. Place 1 teaspoon strawberry syrup in each glass.
  2. Pour seltzer water into each glass until it is 2/3 full.
  3. Stir syrup and water briskly until they are mixed.
  4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
  5. Top with a heaping tablespoonful of sliced strawberries.
