Red Layered Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

First Layer

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Second Layer

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip (1 large container)

Third Layer

  • 1 large box red Jell-O (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen berries

Instructions

First Layer

  1. Mix above and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool entirely.

Second Layer

  1. Mix well; spread over cooled first layer.

Third Layer

  1. Mix and set in refrigerator until it starts to gel.
  2. Pour over second layer.
  3. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
