Red, White and Blue Shortcake
Ice Cream Sandwiches
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 10 vanilla miniature ice cream sandwiches
- 1/2 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Combine strawberries and blueberries with sugar; toss. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Spoon berry mixture evenly over ice cream sandwiches.
- Dollop each with whipped topping.
