Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 10 vanilla miniature ice cream sandwiches
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries and blueberries with sugar; toss. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Spoon berry mixture evenly over ice cream sandwiches.
  3. Dollop each with whipped topping.
