Strawberry Lemonade Pops

Yield: 10 small pops

Equipment

  • 10 small ( 3 or 5 ounce) paper cups
  • Aluminum foil
  • 10 popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup strawberries
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the berries and remove the green stems.
  2. Put into a blender with the lemonade and sugar. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into small cups and top with a square of foil.
  4. Make a small slit in the foil and insert a popsicle stick into each.
  5. Freeze until firm.

Notes

Raspberry Creamsicle: Instead of 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup lemonade and 1/4 cup sugar, use 2 cups fresh raspberries, blackberries or diced peaches, 2 cups vanilla yogurt and 2 tablespoons sugar.
