Strawberry Lemonade Pops
Yield: 10 small pops
Equipment
- 10 small ( 3 or 5 ounce) paper cups
- Aluminum foil
- 10 popsicle sticks
Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup strawberries
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Rinse the berries and remove the green stems.
- Put into a blender with the lemonade and sugar. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into small cups and top with a square of foil.
- Make a small slit in the foil and insert a popsicle stick into each.
- Freeze until firm.
Notes
Raspberry Creamsicle: Instead of 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup lemonade and 1/4 cup sugar, use 2 cups fresh raspberries, blackberries or diced peaches, 2 cups vanilla yogurt and 2 tablespoons sugar.
