Cobb Salad Your Way
- 1 1/2 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup
canned corn, drained
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
- Place salad greens on serving platter; top with chicken, corn, tomato, carrot
and green pepper.
- Serve with dressing.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a small whole-grain roll.
Jazz It Up: Top with kidney beans, chick peas or a scoop of BREAKSTONE'S
or Knudsen Cottage Cheese.
