Marzetti Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup marzetti slaw dressing
  • 4 cups cold, pared and diced cooked potatoes
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons diced fresh red bell peppers (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, pickle relish, red bell peppers and dressing in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Chill to blend flavors.
  3. Garnish with more hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges if desired.
