Ranch Tortellini Pasta Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
- 1 1/2 pounds tortellini (any flavor desired), cooked and drained
- 1 cup red roasted peppers, well drained and cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine dressing, cooked tortellini and peppers in a nonstick skillet.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Chill.
- Just before serving, garnish with Parmesan cheese.
