Roasted Seasoned Corn
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons seasoning blend
- 8 ears corn, husks and silk removed
- About 35 minutes before serving, prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
- Mix butter and seasoning blend.
- Spread each ear of corn evenly with 1 tablespoon seasoned butter.
- Wrap each ear tightly in heavy-duty foil.
- Grill over medium coals 30 minutes, turning often.
Yield: 8 servings, 1 ear each
