Roasted Seasoned Corn



  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning blend
  • 8 ears corn, husks and silk removed


  1. About 35 minutes before serving, prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
  2. Mix butter and seasoning blend.
  3. Spread each ear of corn evenly with 1 tablespoon seasoned butter.
  4. Wrap each ear tightly in heavy-duty foil.
  5. Grill over medium coals 30 minutes, turning often.

Yield: 8 servings, 1 ear each
