You only need four ingredients and a grill to make these delicious flanken ribs. Flanken ribs are a variation of beef short ribs that are cut across the bone instead of between the bone.

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flanken short ribs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  1. In a medium bowl, add the BBQ sauce, vinegar and enough rub to coat the Short Ribs. Mix together and taste. Adjust seasonings as needed.

  3. Set up grill for a two-zone fire at medium and medium-high heat.
  4. Place ribs on grill and cook at medium heat for 3 minutes on both sides.
  5. Brush with reserved sauce while grilling.
