Grilled Beer Sirloin with Mustard
- 4 large beef sirloin steaks, (about 1/2 pound each)
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Mix together the oil, mustard and vinegar. Coat the steaks well with the
mixture and allow to marinate for about 10 minutes on each side.
- Season with salt and pepper, then grill the steaks for about 2 to 4 minutes
on each side.
- Serve with French fries and salad.
