Grilled Cowboy Steaks recipe

Ingredients

Rub

  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Beef

  • 2 ribeye Steaks

Instructions

  1. Combine Rub ingredients; press evenly onto ribeye steaks.
  2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals or over medium heat on preheated gas grill. Grill according to the chart for medium rare (145 degrees F) to medium (160 degrees F) doneness, turning occasionally.
